We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sergio Tacchini purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sergio Tacchini tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
